The company is designed to provide professional consulting and advisory services in a more personalized manner than can be achieved in a large firm. The firm’s structure eliminates the pyramid that encourages the use of entry-level personnel and minimization of administrative and other non-advisory duties that take away from a principal's work directly with clients.
